Returns Overview Our policy lasts 30 days. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Order Cancellations Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Please email hkyuiji@outlook.com if you wish to cancel. Beyond this 24-hour period, your order enters our automated fulfillment phase to ensure fast delivery, but you are welcome to return it once it arrives.
Non-Returnable Items Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for safety and hygiene reasons. Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, and personalized products cannot be returned.
Initiating Your Return To complete your return, we simply require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team to request a return. We guarantee a friendly response with your return shipping instructions within 48 hours. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received, our quality care team will conduct a brief inspection. We will notify you of the approval of your refund within 3 business days of receiving your item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Partial Refunds There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. This usually applies to items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
